BSC Consultation papers – public submissions received
As part of the consultation processes, the Battery Stewardship Council (BSC) invited written submissions from stakeholders and interested parties on the following consultation papers:

B-cycle Surveillance Program
B-cycle’s usual process is for consultation feedback to be shared with the BSC Board at an aggregated level. However, some BSC stakeholders have requested, where Parties are comfortable, for B-cycle to publish received submissions.
The submissions listed below were received during the consultation period and reflect a range of views and perspectives. To support transparency as requested, submissions are published as provided, where agreed by the organisation or individual making the submission. Some submissions identify the organisation or individual making the submission, while others have been published without identification, at the request of the submitter.

Consultations received: Changes to Drop off Point accreditation
The BSC sought input from members regarding proposed changes to Drop off Point Accreditation, with the aim of supporting a more strategic, efficient and sustainable Drop off Point network.
A total of seven (7) submissions were received during the consultation period. Of these, three (3) submitters confirmed that their submissions could be published, including one (1) combined submission paper.
Consultations received: B-cycle Surveillance Program
The BSC sought input from members regarding the introduction of a B-cycle Surveillance Program. The purpose is to add additional measures to validate collection and end-of life-outcomes.
A total of four (4) submissions were received during the consultation period. Of these, three (3) submitters confirmed that their submissions could be published, including one (1) combined submission paper.
